Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Every effort is made to accommodate delegates arriving before the check-in time; however, rooms may not be immediately available. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Requests to retain rooms beyond this time should be directed to the Front Desk on the departure morning. Should it be possible to extend a late check-out, a late check-out charge may be applicable. 

Hotel offers overnight valet parking only, with in and out privileges. Pricing is currently $60.00 + 18% tax per car, per night and subject to change. 

Hotel Reservation Information

The ATA discounted room rate is $154 per night (single/double occupancy). Nightly rate does not include taxes and fees, which are subject to change without notice. Monday, June 22nd, is the deadline to secure your room at the discounted room rate.

If you require assistance or need to make changes to your hotel reservation (arrival/departure/cancellation), please contact the hotel directly as instructed in your hotel confirmation email. ATA cannot assist with hotel reservations.

If you receive an email or phone call from any company indicating an affiliation with ATA, or the meeting in this regard, DO NOT make a hotel reservation with them. If you have already made hotel reservations through any of these companies, ATA cannot guarantee the reservation is valid. Please contact the hotel immediately for reservation confirmation.
