If you require assistance or need to make changes to your hotel reservation (arrival/departure/cancellation), please contact the hotel directly as instructed in your hotel confirmation email. ATA cannot assist with hotel reservations.

Hotel Reservation Changes

ALL change and cancellation requests require written notification and will not be processed by phone. Changes include profile updates, substitutions and transfers. Send all written notifications to registrations@trucking.org. 

CHANGES: Friday, June 27 is the deadline for all change/substitution/transfer requests. On Tuesday, July 8 change requests will be accepted onsite at the Registration Desk.

CANCELLATIONS: Saturday, June 14 is the deadline to cancel a registration and receive a refund less a $50 per person cancellation fee.

No refunds for registration fees will be processed for cancellations received after June 14.

In recent years, companies have contacted attendees and exhibitors offering discounted hotel rates. Please be aware that ATA does not have a relationship with these companies.

If you receive an email or phone call from any company indicating an affiliation with ATA, or the meeting in this regard, DO NOT make a hotel reservation with them. If you have already made hotel reservations through any of these companies, ATA cannot guarantee the reservation is valid. Please contact the hotel immediately for reservation confirmation.
