Megan Melichar is the VP Enterprise Strategic Program Management at Federal Express Corporation and previously served as the Managing Director of Surface Strategic Finance. Celebrating 20 years and several roles across the FedEx enterprise, including Safety and Internal Audit, Megan has maximized talent, innovated solutions technology, stamped out structural costs, and most importantly, saved lives. Her passion for the transportation industry focuses on strategic partnerships to improve the customer experience, ensuring a welcome and safe table where all voices have a chance to be heard. Megan graduated from ATA’s LEAD program and is a board member of ATA’s Women in Motion Council. Megan chairs a nonprofit board within her community, and enjoys hiking, home improvements, and spending time with her husband, Joe, and 3 young children (ages 7, 4, and 2).
