Nicky is the Controller and is responsible for financial reporting, internal controls, and budgeting for Prime, Inc. She also handles dedicated customer contracts, acquisition proposals, and financial analyses for Prime’s operations and affiliate entities. Nicky manages Prime’s Consulting Solutions/Accounting teams and the corporate retail stores at each main terminal.
Nicky is passionate about encouraging a forward-thinking culture for Prime that rewards associates for performance and productivity through incentive-based compensation. She also oversees Prime’s Best Idea program which receives, implements, and rewards associates for their ideas which foster efficiency and increased profitability. She is a member of Prime’s Highway Diamond Committee, a group promoting and enhancing the female truck driving experience in efforts to increase the female truck driving population, our Highway Diamonds.
Nicky joined Prime in June 2002. She has her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Missouri State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
