The ATA discounted room rate is $119 per night (single/double occupancy). Nightly rate includes complimentary breakfast.  It does not include taxes and fees, which are subject to change without notice.

If you require assistance or need to make changes to your hotel reservation (arrival/departure/cancellation), please contact the hotel directly as instructed in your hotel confirmation email. ATA cannot assist with hotel reservations.

In recent years, companies have contacted attendees and exhibitors offering discounted hotel rates. Please be aware that ATA does not have a relationship with these companies.

If you receive an email or phone call from any company indicating an affiliation with ATA, or the meeting in this regard, DO NOT make a hotel reservation with them. If you have already made hotel reservations through any of these companies, ATA cannot guarantee the reservation is valid. Please contact the hotel immediately for reservation confirmation.
